As Contract Management Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire portfolio of the Contract Service Center including:
-Organizational Management: Ensure that timely and accurate service is delivered to stakeholders (Markets, Entities, Regions, and HQ) in full compliance with the standards outlined in the SLA’s.
-People Management: completing and overseeing 30 Team members in the areas of contract management, including drafting, reviewing, executing and filing of all contracts and supervising of the litigation reporting specialist.
-Leading and managing the Contract Service Center by elaborating and implementing strategies for the development of the CSC.
-Participating in the design and transfer of the contract management activities and the litigation reporting digitalization activities to the GBS.
-Providing direction and advice in all stages of the CSC services with best practices and conformation with the applicable rules
-Coordinate actions with the business, the relevant legal teams and procurement to resolve any existing contract conflicts and report on a regular basis the status of the contract processes to management.
-Create an inclusive, transparent and professional CSC culture that is consistent with JTI and Legal department values and culture.
You as a professional:
-Master’s Degree in Law,
-At least 10 years of experience in a multinational organization, preferably managerial experience in a Shared Service environment.
-Fluent written and spoken English, and other languages would be an asset.
-Profound knowledge in Compliance and the full contract lifecycle process.
-Strong People Management and Leadership skills
