-Ensure coordination and administrative support of key Talent management and Learning and Development (L&D) activities across JTI entities, incl. performance and talent reviews, training programs, mentoring and assessment administration in accordance with Global Assessment Portfolio
-Provide expert support of JTI entities when it comes to process-related questions and issues. Share knowledge and best practices and know-how. Ensure operational process are well-documented and available for HR professionals;
-Provide Talent and Learning & Development analytics in order to equip HR and Line Managers with reliable talent management data for their decision making;
-Work closely with the site People & Culture Lead, define and implement hiring, training and documentation strategies to ensure consistent and efficient core service delivery;
-Manage work allocation, training needs, and performance management to ensure the integrity of day to day operations.
-Impact targeted productivity and performance goals in partnership with local and regional HR by embedding JTI’s Talent Management tools to secure a well-trained, highly skilled and motivated workforce and enhance succession planning efforts.


-University degree, and an Professional HR Accreditation (i.e. World at Work, CIPD) would be an asset
-At least 7 years’ experience in a multinational organization, preferably with 2-3 years of managerial experience in a Shared Service environment.
-Both project management and international experience would be extremely beneficial.
-Fluent written and spoken English, and other languages would be an asset.
-Strong knowledge of HR Process with particularly in depth understanding of Talent and Learning (SAP certification a plus), Microsoft Office suite.
-Lean/6-Sixgma methodology knowledge/practice is an additional advantage.
