Would you like to develop your knowledge about banking from backoffice perspective and to join international corporate environment? We are now looking for a Junior Process Officer/Process Officer to join the Team responsible for Customer Onboarding.

What you’ll be doing:

Onboarding corporate customers to electronic banking systems
Creating and sending agreements
Contacting stakeholders in Finland to clarify issues and solve problems
Processing New, Change and Termination of services
You’ll join a team of people with diversified skills eager to learn, share knowledge and pick up new challenges. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

Communicative level of English, at least B2
MS Office knowledge
Analytical thinking
Looking for improvements
Economic/banking/administrative educational background would be an asset
Backoffice/corporate experience would be an asset
